Uh, basically:
Running 4-5 miles daily, Monday through Saturday, outside, fuck a treadmill.
Then lifting:
Monday - Legs and core
Tuesday- Chest and triceps
Weds - Back and biceps
Thus - Shoulders
Friday - Long cardio.
Or some variation of that.
Why anon for such a basic question?
